We were appointed to deliver three new dwellings on a greenfield site in Royal Tunbridge Wells.

This infill development continued the local urban pattern of short terraces set at irregular angles, interspersed with walkways and open vistas.

A contemporary identity was achieved through a striking color palette of red for the main volumes and black as an accent, providing contrast against the backdrop of the established estate and surrounding mature woodland.

Large glazed openings punctuate the building’s form, creating symmetrical geometries that can be appreciated from key vantage points throughout the site.
